Most of our guest have at least one dinner at Mattakeese Wharf. This outstanding seafood restaurant is less than a mile from our Historic Bed and Breakfast. Overlooking Barnstable Harbor, it is know for it’s delicious seafood and spectacular sunsets. My favorite is the Crispy Pan Fried Sole but its hard to pass up the Lobster. Either boiled, baked stuffed or the Lobster roll, you won’t be disappointed. And the sunsets are breathtaking. This restaurant has been in the same family for over 40 years, a testament to it’s quality of food and service.
Ashley Manor has been around since 1699 and a Bed and Breakfast for over 25 years. Our guest enjoy having breakfast on our patio overlooking our backyard and tennis court. The cool Cape Cod mist may start the day, followed by bright sunshine and blue skies. Our guest enjoy a 3-course breakfast each morning. Blueberry Muffin Tops, Fruit Kabob with Chocolate Sauce and Bacon, Cheddar and Tomato Quiche was the breakfast the quest in this picture enjoyed. Some of our recipes have been published in Bon Appetit magazine and the Cape Cod Christmas Cookbook.
We hope to see you soon at Ashley Manor. There’s lot’s of things to do on Cape Cod, enjoying great food is one of the best.
