 A full complimentary breakfast is included...served in front of a roaring fire in the dining room in the colder months, and on the outdoor brick terrace in summer, where the colorful array of flowers will greet you.
Each day the breakfast is different...staring with freshly ground New England coffee, teas, juice and fresh seasonal fruit or baked fruit as first course. Entrees may include French toast, pancakes, waffles and various creative egg dishes. Cranberry pie or Blueberry-Peach-Raspberry Crisp are house specialties! And of course, for those who prefer a lighter start to their day, or those with dietary restrictions, a continental alternative can be arranged by prior request.
It's also our pleasure to offer complimentary cordials in the library, brandy, port or hazelnut sherry are always a special treat before or after dinner.
There is an ice machine, a small refrigerator for guest use, and wine glasses in each room in order that our guests can be at home, bring soft drinks, or a bottle of wine, for their own use. The Ashley Suite has its own small refrigerator and also a complimentary port in the room...added amenities to our flagship suite!
