High Season May 23 thru October 18,- Suites $245 - Traditional Room $165-$185
Mid Season May 16 thru May 22 - October 19 thru October 31 - Suites $195 Traditional Room $165
Quiet Season November 1 thru May 15 - Suites $185 - Traditional Room $150

Canterbury Suite add $50 per night for third adult - $25 per night for children over 14.

We reserve the right to require a two night minimum stay during our "in season", selected holidays, and on weekends. For one night stay request, please call to inquire.

Reservations

As a small, elegant inn Ashley Manor offers you the finest amenities and warm hospitality. In addition, you always have the security of knowing that your reservation with us is guaranteed. Once we confirm a room for you all other requests are turned away. However, the Manor reserves the right to change room/suite assignments providing the assigned accommodation is equal to or better than the first assigned accommodation.

On reservations of one or two nights or during holiday periods, a guarantee of the full amount is required at time of booking. A guarantee of one half the amount is required on reservations for longer stays at time of booking.
For reservations of 4 or more nights, the balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival. Reservations may be guaranteed with credit card or personal check. We request that checks be received within 5 days of reserving to maintain the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

A 14 day notice of cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $25.00 processing fee. No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 14 days prior to arrival.  In addition, you will be held responsible for the entire amount of your confirmed stay if you canel all or any part of your reservation with less than 14 days notice.  If we are able to re-book due to last minute cancellations or early departures, your monies will be refunded, less a $25.00 processing fee.

Reservations confirmed by gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy.

Check in time is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Check out time is by 11:00 am
Please call the innkeeper for assistance with late arrival; self check in instructions will be provided .
On premises free assigned parking is provided for one vehicle per room.

Miscellaneous

Ashley Manor welcomes children ages 14 and older.
No pets please; call for kennel referrals
Ashley Manor has WI-FI internet.
In order that all guests may enjoy the inn-experience they are seeking, we do not specialize in large party rentals and do not accept bookings for more than 2 rooms for one party.

Non Smoking Policy: We are a non-smoking inn and we reserve the right to charge any guest smoking in the inn a fee of $250 for special cleaning.  Smoking is not permitted in the inn or on the grounds.
