Long known for producing quality brews, Cape Cod Beer in Hyannis is also making a name for itself with fun events. A recent Yappy Hour where customers were encouraged to bring there dogs for a drink is a perfect example of the brewery’s light-hearted attitude. After all, what’s better than gathering a few friends—even four-legged ones—to enjoy a few beers and have a good time.
Want to join the fun? Then head over to Cape Cod Beer on Wednesday, January 27 for Paint Night, where artistic talent is arbitrary and laughter is guaranteed. This night’s theme is a silly snowman, and there’s plenty of room for interpretation!

Cape Cod Beer
1336 Phinney’s Lane, Hyannis, MA
Of course, a good part of the enjoyment of any night at Cape Cod Beer is the beer itself. Brewmaster Todd Marcus has an impressive background in brewing, and his expertise shines in the available pours. Year-round flavors include Cape Cod Red, and smooth amber ale; an IPA that has a bold bite and malty finish; and a refreshing Beach blonde Ale. The company also produces seasonal brews, such as the fruity wheat Summer ale, as well as specialty beers. These include the new Old Man Winter, a hearty ale that can stand up to the Cape’s chilly nights.
If you’d like to see the brewery’s operation, you can take one of the tours, offered Mondays through Saturdays. Tastings are also available during retail hours, and include five 3-ounce samples, plus a souvenir tasting glass for $5.00.
Monday – Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Monday – Saturday, 11:00 a.m.
And of course, you can always get a few beers to go and enjoy them by the fire back here at the Inn. We’d love to have you visit—give us a call!
