We, Vince and Pat, wish all of you a warm and wonderful Thanksgiving! We are grateful for your patronage and support and look forward to seeing you again.
Holiday festivities begin this weekend all over the Cape. Please consider joining us for a visit so you can participate in these traditional and fun activities. There’s something for everyone.
Christmas strolls take place in almost every village and town across the Cape. Begin on December 1 with the Hyannis Main Street Holiday Stroll and Harbor Lighting/ Boat Parade. Begin the day with breakfast with Santa and end with the boat parade at the harbor before heading out for a great dinner at a local eating and drinking establishment. Main Street has almost 90 to choose from!
On Sunday, December 2, head down 6A to join in the Yarmouth Port Christmas Stroll. Walk along the scenic road and enjoy the decorations on the historic Captain’s houses and shops. Stop for snacks and drinks and look for unique and locally sourced gifts as you continue your leisurely stroll.
One of our favorite strolls takes place right in Barnstable Village. This one is within walking distance of our inn. Walk along the quaint, historic street and partake of cider, cookies and other treats as you listen to carols being sung and look at all kinds of holiday wares from local artisans and shopkeepers. This year the Barnstable Village Stroll is on Wednesday, December 5, from 6-8 p.m.
There are too many strolls and events to mention individually but you can look for more fun events on the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce site.
