We have listed below the policies for our Historic Inn on Cape Cod.

Canterbury Suite – add $75 per night for third person
We reserve the right to require a two-night minimum stay during our “high-season,” selected holidays, and on weekends. For a one-night stay request, please call to inquire.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash are accepted for your payment.
As an intimate, luxury inn, Ashley Manor offers you the finest amenities and warm hospitality. In addition, you always have the security of knowing that your reservation with us is guaranteed. Once we confirm a room for you, all other requests are turned away. However, Ashley Manor reserves the right to change room/suite assignments, providing the assigned accommodations are equal to or better than the first assignment.
On reservations of one or two nights or during holiday periods, a guarantee of the full amount is required at time of booking. A guarantee of one half of the full amount is required on reservations for longer stays. The balance will be processed, using your credit card, 21 days prior to your arrival. Reservations may be guaranteed with credit card or personal check. We request that checks be received within 5 days of reserving to maintain the reservation.
A 21-day notice of cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $50 processing fee. No refund will be issued if you cancel 21 days or less prior to arrival. You are responsible for the entire amount of your confirmed stay if you cancel all or any part of your reservation with less than 21-days’ notice. If we are able to re-book your reservation, your monies will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee.
As the pandemic continues to remain fluid and ever-changing, we have implemented a “Worry Free” cancellation policy. We will take all cancellations on a case by case basis knowing that your travel plans my change unexpectedly. Our primary concern is for the health and safety of guests and ourselves! Canceled reservations redeemed as Gift Certificates for future stays in lieu of refunds are greatly appreciated.
Effective Saturday May 29th 2021, the Commonwealth will lift all industry specific restrictions and capacity limits will increase to 100%. This is exciting news as the Governor continues his efforts to reopen Massachusetts safely. However, optional face coverings and proper distancing will still be in effect while staying at Ashley Manor. Face coverings are encouraged in all public areas even if proper distancing can be maintained. With public health metrics continuing to trend in a positive direction, Massachusetts will replace the Travel Order with a Travel Advisory. Additionally the Governor will end the State of Emergency on June 15th 2021. Detailed information about updated advisories, mandatory orders, travel forms, quarantine requirements and a list of exemptions can be found on the mass.gov website.
Reservations confirmed by gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-out time is by 11:00 am.
If you anticipate your arrival time being later than 8pm, please call the owners to make arrangements.
On-premises, free, assigned parking is provided for one vehicle per room. The space provided in the drive is the name of the room you have reserved. (i.e. King George Suite = King)
Ashley Manor welcomes children ages 14 years and older in the Canterbury Suite (maximum number of guest in the Canterbury Suite is 3).
All other rooms and suites can accommodate maximum of 2 guest
No pets please; call for kennel referrals.
Ashley Manor Does Not allow the burning of outside wood or any other materials in the guest room fireplaces. Ashley Manor will supply One Duraflame Log per night (Seasonal) at no charge to guest. Additional logs are available to purchase for $6. Only one log to be burned in the fireplace at any given time.
In order that all guests may enjoy the inn experience they are seeking, we do not specialize in large party rentals and do not accept parties greater than 13 people.
Guest Bikes – we are happy to store your personal bikes in the shed or on the patio… Not in the room.
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in the Inn or on the grounds. A $500 non refundable cleaning free will be applied if found smoking in or on the property.
Any damages caused by the guest to the property will be applied to the credit card on file, at the cost to repair or replace said item(s)
State and local taxes of 14.45% are additional.
