Policies for Your Stay at Ashley Manor
We have listed below the policies for our Cape Cod Historic Inn.
- Low season $239-$249 (November 1 thru May 25)
- High season $309-$319 (May 26 thru October 31)
Traditional Rooms: (Federal and Phinney’s Terrace)
- Low season $199 – $219 (November 1 thru May 25)
- High season $229 – $259 ( May 26 thru October 31)
Canterbury Suite – add $50 per night for third person
We reserve the right to require a two-night minimum stay during our “high-season,” selected holidays, and on weekends. For a one-night stay request, please call to inquire.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and cash are accepted for your payment.
As a small, elegant inn, Ashley Manor offers you the finest amenities and warm hospitality. In addition, you always have the security of knowing that your reservation with us is guaranteed. Once we confirm a room for you, all other requests are turned away. However, Ashley Manor reserves the right to change room/suite assignments, providing the assigned accommodations are equal to or better than the first assignment.
On reservations of one or two nights or during holiday periods, a guarantee of the full amount is required at time of booking. A guarantee of one half of the full amount is required on reservations for longer stays. The balance will be processed, using your credit card, 21 days prior to your arrival. Reservations may be guaranteed with credit card or personal check. We request that checks be received within 5 days of reserving to maintain the reservation.
A 21-day notice of cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $50 processing fee. No refund will be issued if you cancel 21 days or less prior to arrival. You are responsible for the entire amount of your confirmed stay if you cancel all or any part of your reservation with less than 21-days’ notice. If we are able to re-book your reservation, your monies will be refunded, less a $50 processing fee.
Reservations confirmed by gift certificates are subject to the same cancellation policy.
Check-in time is 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Check-out time is by 11:00 am.
Please call the innkeeper to request a late arrival.
On-premises, free, assigned parking is provided for one vehicle per room.
Ashley Manor welcomes children ages 14 years and older in the Canterbury Suite (maximum number of guest in the Canterbury Suite is 3).
All other rooms and suites can accommodate maximum of 2 guest
No pets please; call for kennel referrals.
Ashley Manor is pleased to provide WI-FI Internet access.
In order that all guests may enjoy the inn experience they are seeking, we do not specialize in large party rentals and do not accept bookings for more than 2 rooms for one party
Guest Bikes – we are happy to store your personal bikes in the shed or on the patio… not in the room.
Non-Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted in the Inn or on the grounds.
State and local taxes of 11.7% are additional.
A full, 3-course breakfast is served each morning.

Our main purpose in collecting our personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at Ashley Manor. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. Ashley Manor does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site.
At Ashley Manor, we take security seriously. When users make a reservation we use every precaution to safe guard it online and offline.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and encrypts all your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Ashley Manor may amend this Privacy Statement from time to time in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs, or to satisfy the needs of our guests, properties, strategic marketing partners, and service providers.
